PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES

Provided by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy

Whether you need just a couple of visits, or a full plan of care, I will make sure you are thoroughly involved in planning your treatment course. The great thing about one on one treatments is that  we can accomplish more each session than typically possible in traditional physical therapy where there are 2-3 or more patients each visit. This means you can improve faster and recover better and return to your chosen activities in less time.
Every technique will be fully explained and you will have the opportunity to ask questions at any time.
We offer two convenient ways to receive treatment. You can schedule an appointment in the clinic, or you can schedule an appointment for me to come to your home to provide therapy. Clinic appointment costs vary by location due to contractual obligations. Home visits vary by your location and will be discussed prior to session. Either way, the goal remains the same, exceeding your expectations.

JOINT MANIPULATION

More Motion Means Less Restrictions

Joint manipulation is an effective tool when used properly. Manipulations can provide improved motion, decreased pain, less stiffness and increased blood flow.
I will only use manipulations when they are appropriate and with your consent.

MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

Finding the Cause

Movement analysis can help to figure out what underlying deficit or compensation may have contributed to your current issues. Also, movement analysis can help you decrease compensations from post-surgical status, pain, or weakness.

DRY NEEDLING

It's Not That Bad

Dry Needling is a great manual technique for decreasing tension and restrictions, as well as, improving circulation. I use very fine needles and use as few as needed to accomplish the best treatment.

CUPPING

Don't Get Sucked In By Misinformation

Cupping is the only manual treatment that doesn't compress the tissues. It is a great adjunct to other treatments. You can even leave the cups on while you exercise.
