PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is a great way to help you meet your fitness goals. Whether you are new to fitness and aren't quite sure where to start, or a seasoned  enthusiast who needs help to change up your routine, we have the solution for you. Cherilyn, our NASM Certified Personal Trainer, can help any fitness level achieve the success you are looking for. We provide 2 options to serve you. More information on those is listed below.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Individualized one on one training allows you complete access to Cherilyn during your session. This is a great way for new exercisers to learn the basics, focus on form and ensure proper mechanics while also getting a great workout. It is also ideal for anyone who is looking for that private feel of just you and your trainer. Either way, individual training will allow you the time and attention necessary to safely and effectively meet your goals!

On your first session, Cherilyn will meet with you to ensure your program is tailored to achieve success.  There is no cookie cutter solution!

COUPLE / SMALL GROUP TRAINING

If you'd prefer to workout with a partner or a few partners, then small group training might be just what you're looking for.  Small group training allows for individual attention while also providing the benefits of group interaction.  Small group training is ideal if you want to get moving with some friends, significant other, or training partner in order to achieve overall fitness in a fun, low stress environment.
