EXERCISES ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF PHYSICAL THERAPY. THEY ARE USED TO IMPROVE STRENGTH, IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY, INCREASE MOBILITY, AND IMPROVE BALANCE.

PROGRESSIVE EXERCISES ARE USED TO HELP "WAKE UP" MUSCLES AFTER SURGERY AND PROPERLY STRESS HEALING TISSUES. THEY ARE ALSO USED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MOTION GAINS FROM MANUAL WORK, JOINT MANIPULATIONS, DRY NEEDLING, AND CUPPING.

THERE IS NO ONE SPECIFIC EXERCISE THAT WORKS FOR EVERYTHING. EACH EXERCISE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU. DO YOU NEED IMPROVED CORE STRENGTH? THEN I WILL DESIGN A PERSONAL CORE STRENGTHENING PROGRAM TO MEET YOUR GOALS. UPPER BODY STRENGTH? LOWER BODY STRENGTH? SPECIFIC MUSCLES OR MUSCLE GROUPS? WHATEVER YOUR NEED, I CAN PROVIDE YOU.
