Our Processes to Keep You Safe
We make sure each piece of equipment is cleaned after each use and ready for the next user. Our cleaner is properly rated to kill the appropriate germs on contact surfaces.
We are keeping our mask policy in accordance with Dallas County and your personal preference (if it is stricter than Dallas County). If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask and having us wear a mask, then we will do that. Our priority is your comfort and safety. Feel free to reach out to discuss this further if you would like.
We will do temperature checks prior to each session to make sure it is appropriate to continue with that session.
Social distancing can be used while personal training and for some physical therapy activities, but any hands on treatment would not allow for distancing. Masks will be used during these treatment activities.
We will continue to monitor the recommendations of the CDC, Dallas County, and the state of Texas and will make any necessary changes to this policy as appropriate. We will try to update this page as quickly as we can with any changes. We want to make sure we provide a safe and comfortable experience for you to get the most out of your session.
